Summary
The purpose of the Building detailed study of area ED4 in the Intervention Secotr F-57-8 in Valdefierro is to order the planned constructions, including plots C14, C15 and C16, using the following criteria:
- Defining volumes and maximum occupations maintaining maximum height specified in the Special Plan regulations.
- Definition of formal parameters that ensure continuity and consistency in the creation of public space.
- Ensure pedestrian and vehicle access to all plots in the area under the same conditions.
- Identify suitable uses for the posterior band of the plots defined in the Special Plan regulations.
