Summary
The purpose of the building detailed study of the plot 89-38, located in the neighborhood of Rosales del Canal, described as local system, public and intended educational use is to order the planned ocnstructions, by defining a system based on the division of the initial plot in three phases, each of which will house the proposed programs, distributing the buildability allowed between each of the resulting phases.
It also establishes the boundaries of some areas of development by indicating alignments, the maximum height for building in number and size of plants.
Setbacks from boundaries are removed in order to increase the open spaces inside the plot and to get a better match to future building needs.
